Brainial processes your personal data because you use our website, services and/or because you supply them to us yourself.

Brainial will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. We have a processor's agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. You also have the right to withdraw your permission for the processing of your personal data or to object to the processing of your personal data by Brainial and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you.
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data modification or request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to privacy@brainial.com.
To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blackened in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

We will not keep your data longer than necessary. Brainial takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us via privacy@brainial.com.
Your application provides us with your personal details like name, address, date of birth and telephone number, CV and cover letter. By sending in your application you also give us permission to carry out an online screening as part of the application procedure (e.g. LinkedIn etc.).
Brainial will store your personal data in a secure database for a period of 4 weeks, with permission for 12 months. We will not pass on your information to third parties for commercial purposes. Only third parties that help us find new colleagues sometimes need access to (parts of) your data. We make sure that these third parties handle your information with care and adhere to all rules.
Technological developments, legislation or modified business processes necessitate that Brainial amend this Privacy Statement from time to time. You can see the date at the bottom of this Privacy Statement when it was last amended. Brainial may unilaterally amend this privacy statement.
